Apache2を起動しようとすると、昨日までまったく問題なく動いていたのに起動しない。

(OS 10048)通常、各ソケット アドレスに対してプロトコル、ネットワーク アドレス、またはポートのどれか 1 つのみを使用できます。

netstat -oanで使っているポートを確認すると、2408と出た。
タスクマネージャーでPIDを参照すると、何とSkypeが使っていた！

それを閉じて再起動かけると無事に起動できた。
